The beauty of the Amazon self-publishing setup is that an author can easily amend and update any of his books.  I take full advantage of this when appropriate and I do it as a priority.

Just so you know; I have actioned every QA issue notified to me by Amazon and with only a couple of exceptions, accepted the necessary changes and implemented the same for the e-book, paperback and hardback formats of the books concerned within days of receipt.
